Shipping & Delivery

Free worldwide shipping – for our primary destinations, standard import duties and VAT are included at checkout (DDP), so the price you see is your total landed cost.

DDP reassurance – if a carrier ever requests import payment, please pay to prevent delays, keep the official receipt, and contact us within 3 days for verified reimbursement. Storage fees or penalties due to recipient non-responsiveness are not covered.

Processing & tracking – allow 1–3 business days for testing and secure packing. Tracking is sent on dispatch; early scans can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Estimated delivery (after dispatch) – UK / EU 7–12 business days; USA / Canada 8–15; Asia / Pacific 6–10; other regions 10–20.

Safety compliance – lithium batteries may ship in separate parcels with their own tracking numbers.

Delivery issues – “Delivered” on carrier tracking is the delivery confirmation. Report missing-after-delivered within 7 days, or report damage / missing components within 72 hours with photos of the box and label.

Secure Payments via PayPal

Buyer protection first – we exclusively use PayPal to provide strong protection for high-value gear.

No PayPal account? No problem – you can still pay securely with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via PayPal Guest Checkout. On the PayPal screen, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to complete your purchase without creating an account.

Payment details are handled by PayPal, and ProDrone does not store your full card number. Your security matters from checkout to takeoff.

Returns & Expert Support

30-day return request window – counted from the delivery date. Eligibility is condition-based:

– Unopened & factory sealed – 100% full refund after inspection.
– Opened but unflown – refund minus a 10–15% recertification fee.
– Activated or flown – not eligible for change-of-mind returns; supported via warranty and pilot-led diagnostics.

RMA required (important) – do not ship returns to the address on the shipping label or the mailing address. Email support@prodrone.org.uk to receive your unique RMA code and the correct technical service center address (typical response within 1–2 business days; Mon–Fri).

Manufacturing faults – we can analyze flight logs remotely. Confirmed defects qualify for priority replacement or a 100% refund, including return shipping.

Battery safety – never ship physically damaged or swollen batteries. If unsure, contact us for guidance before sending anything.
